Large antique Eastern european haberdashery shop display c1850

 

A one off!! Fantastic huge shop display made from solid pine,'in found' rustic black paint with a hint of blue and waxed over the top. A few bumps and scrapes with great patina and a waxed rustic top

 

The was used in an old hardware/haberdashery store in Hungary

 

A huge statement piece for the home, retail or pub. Some minor repairs, one replacement drawer using timber from old drawer in the bottom & replacement drawers in the top section using old pine
